Chopstick Art: Large Basket
Chopstick ArtIn 2003 Bryan Parks was studying in China and observed the vast amount of disposable chopsticks being discarded. A seed was planted and after much experimentation he launched Chopstick Art. The product that emerged as most popular was the folding basket. These baskets are great for fruit and veggies due to the good airflow; they also work great as a bread basket. The best thing is that they fold flat for easy storage and shipping!
Large baskets are made from 30 pairs of chopsticks, which are dyed with tea leaves and/or vegetable dye.
