Our Return Policy
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, in the same form of payment used to place your order.

Shoes
We hope that your new shoes are a perfect fit—but we understand that this may not always be the case.
To make sure that these shoes are keepers, please try them on in a clean, carpeted area before wearing them. Once worn, they cannot be returned.
Shoes in new, unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Apparel
Apparel in new, unworn condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on apparel that has been damaged, altered, or worn.
Clearance Merchandise
Please note that clearance sale items (including shoes and apparel) are final sale and are not returnable.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please call us at 360-736-1517 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping costs. We cannot provide refunds for shipping and handling costs, nor can we cover the cost of returning an order.
However, if you are returning an item because it was defective or because it was not the correct item, we will pay the return shipping costs.
Refunds
You can expect a refund 3–5 business days after we receive your return, provided it arrives undamaged. You will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.
